Heritage Bay is a bundled golf community located in North Naples, Florida. The golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis and Jed Azinger and offers spacious fairways and large undulating greens that average 7800 square feet. The course features water features and tall cypress trees on several holes, seven of which have a direct view of lakes and preserve areas.
Heritage Bay is one of the few bundled golf communities in Naples, Florida featuring 27 holes of golf, a challenging fitness and aquatic center, six lighted and championship pickleball courts, 6 lighted Har–Tru Tennis and Bocce Ball courts, and a luxurious club house designed by Beechwood Architects. The community consists of both attached Terrace condominiums, Veranda homes, coach homes and single–family homes, ranging from 1,400 square feet to over 4,500 square feet. Heritage Bay also includes a variety of service–oriented amenities such as a 24–hour manned security gate, concierge service, and on–site restaurant.
