Social Memberships are included with homes in the community that are not on the golf course and do not have access to the golf course. These homes are typically less expensive than those with Golf Memberships but still provide access to the country club’s many amenities, such as the community pool, fitness center, and dining options. On the other hand, homes with Golf Memberships are situated on or near the golf course and have access to the golf course and its facilities.
