In addition to golf, the country club offers an array of luxurious amenities for its residents. The 36,000 square foot clubhouse features a state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a resort-style pool with a waterfall and hot tub. Poolside bar and grill for casual dining are common destinations for residents.

Golf Memberships and Social Memberships
All Memberships Are Deeded To The Property
Bonita National Golf and Country Club offers two classifications of homes in their community – those with Social Memberships and those with Golf Memberships. Each membership type gives access to different amenities and privileges within the country club.
Social Memberships are included with homes in the community that are not on the golf course and do not have access to the golf course. These homes are typically less expensive than those with Golf Memberships but still provide access to the country club’s many amenities, such as the community pool, fitness center, and dining options. Social Memberships also provide the opportunity to participate in club events and social activities.
On the other hand, homes with Golf Memberships are situated on or near the golf course and have access to the golf course and its facilities. These homes come with a higher price tag due to the added amenity of golfing privileges. Golf Memberships include unlimited golfing on the community’s 18-hole championship golf course, as well as the use of the driving range, putting green, and golf pro shop.
Bundled Golf Community
Both Social and Golf Memberships are non-transferable between each membership type. This means that a homeowner with a Social Membership cannot transfer or upgrade to a Golf Membership, and vice versa. This ensures that each homeowner is paying for the specific amenities and privileges that come with their membership type.
Overall, having two classifications of homes with different types of memberships allows Bonita National Golf and Country Club to cater to a wider range of homeowners, offering options for those who enjoy golfing and those who prefer other amenities. The non-transferable but deeded nature of these memberships ensures that the community remains cohesive and all homeowners have access to the amenities that make Bonita National a desirable place to live.
