If you’re looking for a quiet place to read or catch up on your favorite shows, the family room located off the living room is perfect, offering another flat-screen TV. The family room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.    Do you enjoy making yummy treats for you, your family, and your loved ones? Villa Evelyn’s Palms has a gorgeous kitchen with recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you might need to produce your own culinary creations. The first guest room offers a cozy Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the large glass sliders. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and large closets perfect for your wardrobe and shopping treasures! In addition, they share the second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity. This bathroom doubles as the pool bath with direct access to the large pool.    Enjoy your company on the lanai, which offers multiple seating areas for gatherings where you can relish relaxed conversation and a cocktail.
