Off of the kitchen is the formal dining room, which seats four. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and a large dresser, as well as sliders leading to the lanai. The attached master bathroom features two separate vanities and a large walk-in shower.  The first guest bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second guest room features 2 twin-size beds. They both offer flat-screen TVs and share the guest bathroom, which provides a tub/shower combination. The spacious southern exposure lanai features a sizeable electric-heated pool with a view of the wide canal. Relax by the pool and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine, or enjoy your meals on the poolside while watching boats and wildlife meander through the canal system on their way to the river.
