Living Room: The comfortably-furnished family room with large smart TV which has YouTube tv is a great place for family gatherings.  Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. 

Kitchen/Dining Room: A fully-furnished bright kitchen features modern appliances and a breakfast bar and has everything you could wish for preparing full meals or just a few party snacks. The lovely dining area has an extra big table for six.  

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen tv and a full bathroom with a full-length glass walk-in shower.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers queen-size bed. There is a third full bathroom just by the third bedroom and offers a shower/tub combo. The office offers a twin-size day bed. 

Lanai: Enjoy relaxed outdoor living in the covered lanai section with southern exposure. Here you will find plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Especially families with smaller children will appreciate the community recreation areas and the safety of a gated community.
