Villa Alexandria is a new home in an affluent and quiet area in the SW Cape, with a fast connection to many great restaurants, supermarkets, bars, Cape Coral Harbor, and the marina. This inviting vacation villa boasts over 2,100 sq ft; it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an electric heated pool. When entering, you will immediately realize its tasteful ambiance.

Living Room: The spacious living room is bright and is furnished with comfortable couches, which invites you to linger in front of the large flat-screen TV to enjoy a nice family movie night. From here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide double sliding glass doors. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other’s company, no matter what space you are using. If you’re looking for a quiet place to read or enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the sitting area off the entryway is perfect.
 
Dining Room/Kitchen: The open layout of the fully furnished kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cookware leaves nothing to be desired. There is plenty of counter space to prepare memorable meals for your friends and loved ones. The attached breakfast bar with seating for up to four is convenient for brunch or a quick bite on the run. In addition, there is an adjacent dining area available for your family dinners with seating for up to four. 
 
Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is found off of the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the glass sliders. The attached master bathroom suite includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower, as well as a double-sink vanity.
 
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional two guest bedrooms are off the kitchen and dining room area on the other side of the house. Both feature Queen-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. They share the guest bathroom, which features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops.
 
Pool/Lanai: You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! Villa Alexandria’s large lanai features an electric heated pool. Fire up the convenient gas grill and BBQ some steaks for an exciting family dinner and eat at the dining table by the pool with room for four. Enjoy the separate lounge area with plenty of seating for your friends and loved ones, which we are sure you will call your own tropical retreat. It is a perfect area for entertaining or just sitting back and relaxing.
